DEVO - ENERGY DOME PLANS For new years I went to a 'Eighties rocker' theme party, so I decided to go as a member of Devo. I got the idea only about a week before the party, and also being a procrastinater there would be no way I'd actually be ready ahead of time. So I ran to the dollar store, bought a few dog dishes, some bathroom filler, looked up the measurements online and built a damn hat. People loved it!
