Metric 80s Toy Concert
Metric 80s Toy Concert 80s,band,concert,eighties,metric,retro,toys This image was done as a Christmas gift for a friend in 2006. She liked the band Metric and a few months previous a bunch of us at work were talking about the toys we had growing up, so this is what I came up with: A metric concert infested with toys from the 1980s. For those that are completionists, a list of the toys is as follows: GI Joe - Cobra Commander Teddy Ruxpin - Bounder The Muppets - Kermit the Frog Teddy Ruxpin - Himself The Lego Kids A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Transformers - Optimus Prime Thundercats - Lion-O (I admit, he didn't turn out right. I got the hair wrong. It's always the damned hair!) And, making a very special appearance, Inappropriate Jesus.
