Scuzzy Ol' City

Douglas Street, Victoria, BC
	From an uncomfortable bench, tree ladened part of Douglas street in beautiful Victoria British Columbia where it meets Beacon Hill park. I really liked all the layers of many overlapping branches, poles, signs, etc... all being somewhat covered by trees. In most parts of the city, there is always a lot of nice foliage around. Barcry's Pawn Shop
	While ago, around the turn of the century... I noticed there were a few things out at the time, Preacher by Garth Ennis, City of Angels, and Dogma by Kevin Smith. Since both those stories featured Angels doing typically human things. Really non-angel like, I thought of the idea of a story where 'God' or 'A power that be' noticed that 'Defecting Angels' were becoming a very common story idea on earth, and to disuade any Angels from taking a lead from that, they take 3 Angels in heaven, doing their Angely thing, minding their own buisiness. Fire them down to earth and make an example of them. They would have to live like normal people, suffer the same hardships, completely innocent of any wrongdoing, and report to Heaven through a TV in a pawn shop window. cityscape,pawn shop,people [barcrys-pawn-shop-illustration.php]
