A quick pencil with a once over of ink of a more retro version of Mario flashing the peace sign in a circle.

I do remember I was trying to achieve something with this picture, but I can't remember the details since I did it sometime in 1999.

I did this quick sketch of an idea for a milk ad in the very early days of painted advertising in Paris and France. It appears an eager cat has pounced it's way onto the shoulder of it's child-owner with a big saucer of fresh milk for the cat.

The exterior of a nice ol' cottage, aside to a path leading down the hills to a cozy, Mediterranean village. Nestled in a slight cove with sparkling waters splashing up on it's beaches.

It's interesting to see how scanning an image makes it more saturated or lush. This simple 'forest undergrowth' image in pastels takes on a much more plush appearance once it's gone digital.
Oddly enough, once it was scanned, it also seemed more 'complete' as if taking it from a physical drawing on the page, and making the focus only the image, brings it more completely in focus with the mind.
