While ago, around the turn of the century... I noticed there were a few things out at the time, Preacher by Garth Ennis, City of Angels, and Dogma by Kevin Smith.
Since both those stories featured Angels doing typically human things. Really non-angel like, I thought of the idea of a story where 'God' or 'A power that be' noticed that 'Defecting Angels' were becoming a very common story idea on earth, and to disuade any Angels from taking a lead from that, they take 3 Angels in heaven, doing their Angely thing, minding their own buisiness. Fire them down to earth and make an example of them.
They would have to live like normal people, suffer the same hardships, completely innocent of any wrongdoing, and report to Heaven through a TV in a pawn shop window.

Another drawing of a storyline where 3 angles were exiled to make a point that, they shouldn't take their place in heaven for granted.

Trying to finding that tricky balance between female anatomy learned from Comics and the proper proportions from reality, while keeping it \'comic\'
Female anatomy practice - working on those proportions and foreshortening.
About 30% of my drawings are on little scraps of paper that stick around in my collection for years. Going through pockets, envelopes, etc... etc...
Little snaps of what interested me that day.

While sitting in the airport I was a few aisles away from this lady doing a crossword puzzle, and since she had so much charcter to her, and wouldn't let me help with the crossword, I drew her.
Waaaay back in the day, when the hormones were OUT OF CONTROL and I relaized the comics weren't just about superheros, I began a subject matter shift that resulted in about 2-3 years of rarely-clothed females in various "Dramatic" situations.
